Return Policy
- We will gladly refund the full purchase price on any new and unused product, within 30 days with a receipt.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 90 days of purchase, with a receipt, we will exchange the item or give store credit for the original purchase price.
- Store credit for the current price will be issued for any return without a receipt, or after 90 days. Beds, car seats, apparel, cat trees and pharmacy (including supplements, CBD, and flea/tick prevention products) must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging.
- Customers paying by check are required to wait 14 days for a refund.
