Where is In-Store Pickup offered?

In-Store Pickup is available at Healthy Pet, in Aurora, IL, off of Farnsworth Ave, by the Premium Outlet Mall.

 

What days do you offer In-Store Pickup?

In-Store Pickup is available every day except Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Holidays may affect store hours and pickup hours.

 

What is the cutoff time for In-Store Pickup?

All orders received at least two hours before closing are eligible for same day In-Store Pickup.

 

What if I place my order after the cutoff time?

All In-Store Pickup orders placed during our final two hours of business will be available when we open the following morning. In-Store Pickup orders placed outside of our normal business hours will be available one hour after we open the following business day.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

In-Store Pickup orders are completed within 2 hours of receiving. We will contact all customers as soon as their orders are ready. Customers must wait for this text and/or email confirmation before picking up their orders. Once notified, customers may pick up their orders any time before our stores close for the day.

 

How much does In-Store Pickup cost?

Our In-Store Pickup service is FREE. Customers simply pay for their items, with no additional fees applied.

 

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

No.

 

How do I order?

All orders must be placed on our website, healthypetaurora.com. Please select In-Store Pickup and verify store location during checkout.

 

Do my online orders qualify for your Healthy Pet Paw Points and Frequent Buyer programs?
Yes. All orders placed through our website automatically earn loyalty points. However, they will not appear in your online account at this time. Eligible food and litter purchases will also receive frequent buyer benefits. Vouchers and Frequent Buyer Cards can currently be redeemed in-store only.
